Please lock your veranda or balcony door from the inside when you are not on the terrace.

If you are here with children, please ensure that they are under your supervision at all times.

All Anantasila guest rooms are non-smoking, although smoking is permitted on terraces and balconies. Please always use ashtrays and ensure that cigarette butts are disposed safely.

Please do not leave candles, incense, or oil burners unattended.

We ask that you advise the front desk of any physical impairment which may delay evacuation.

It is recommended that you familiarise yourself with the evacuation map located on the back of your room door.

Please be advised that there is no lifeguard on duty either at the pool area or on the beach (which is a public area).

Children should always be under adult supervision.

When swimming in the sea, it is advisable that you swim parallel to the shore, at a comfortable depth - ideally, accompanied. If swimming alone, someone in your party or a member of staff should be made aware of your location and when you intend to return.

Swimming at night is not recommended.

Please also be aware of rocks and jellyfish.

While our front desk is stocked with medical supplies to treat minor injuries and ailments, our staff is not trained in first aid. However, in the event of a medical emergency, an ambulance from a local hospital can be called.

Small cats and dogs are permitted in designated rooms with an additional fee.

Pets should be housebroken and have all recommended vaccinations currently up to date.

Pets should be leashed and supervised at all times while in public spaces. Please also be sensitive to guests who might be allergic to or uncomfortable around animals.

Pets are permitted at the beach bar, but not allowed in the pool area, in the dining room, or on the restaurant veranda.

In restaurants and bars, pets stay on the floor. It is strictly not permitted to let them sit on chairs, sofas and tables.

Guests are responsible for cleaning up any pet left-overs in and around the hotel.

Pets must be kennelled or removed from guest rooms prior to housekeeping service. Otherwise, guests are asked to hang the ‘do not disturb’ sign provided, in which case the room will not be serviced.

Please do not use hotel linens, dishes, or utensils for your pet.

Guests are legally and financially responsible for any personal injuries and damage to property caused by their pet(s). Anantasila reserves the right to remove guests whose pets are deemed to be disruptive or a danger to the staff and other residents.

Pool hours are between 07.00 and 20.00.

Children under 12 must have adult supervision at all times as there is no lifeguard on duty.

Children wearing nappies are not allowed in the pool.

No pets are allowed in and around the pool.

Appropriate swimwear must be worn.

In the interest of hygiene, we ask that all guests shower before swimming in the pool.

Guests are asked not to jump or dive into the pool and to refrain from running, especially around the edge of the pool.

As in other parts of the hotel, we ask that guests keep noise levels to a minimum.

Food is not permitted in the pool area.

Glasses, bottles, and any other breakable glass items are not allowed in the pool area.

While the safety and well-being of our guests is of paramount importance to us, please be informed that any activities in and around the pool are done at your own risk.

Anantasila cannot accept liability, be it financial or legal, for any injuries sustained or losses incurred, while using these facilities.

Visitors are permitted in guest rooms until 22.00 only. We ask that visitors leave guest rooms after this time in the interest of overall hotel security.

As room rates are based partly upon occupancy, all overnight visitors or additional guests must be registered at the front desk. There is a surcharge of THB 1,000 per night for each additional guest (breakfast is included in this fee).

Children under 12 years of age can stay free of charge if they share a room with their parents (breakfast is also complimentary for guests under 12).

Every room has a maximum occupancy which must not be exceeded.
