Atms & Banking
Automatic teller machines are located in front of the family mart convenience stores in Huadon village. There are also several ATM ' s in Khao Takiap village. All major Thai banks have offices in Hua Hin and most have branches in the market village shopping complex.
Babysitting
Babysitting service requires prior notice and may not be available during busy periods. For further details, please contact our reception.
Bathrobes
Bathrobes are provided for in-room use only.
Balconies & Terraces
Guests are asked not to hang clothes, bathing suits, and towels from balconies, windows, and terraces. Additional drying racks are available upon request.
Beach Towels
Are available at the front desk and should be returned after use.
Breakfast
For guests who have breakfast included with their room, breakfast is available from 07.00 to 10.00. During busy periods breakfast service will consist of a hot and cold buffet, during less busy periods food will be cooked to order.
Cars & Parking
Car parking facilities are available for all residents. However, the hotel does not accept any liability for loss or damage to cars and their contents.
Car Rental
There are a number of local car, motorcycle, and bicycle rental companies. Please contact the reception desk for further details.

Our hotel accepts the following credit and debit cards: MasterCard, Visa, and American express.
Comments
Should you have any comments or suggestions, please ask to speak to the residential manager. Comment forms are also provided in guest rooms as well as at the restaurant. As we are always looking to monitor and improve our standard of service, it would be grateful to receive any feedback from you.
Conferences
We have an air-conditioned conference facility available for meetings and events. Please contact our reception for full details or to make a booking.
Drinking Water
Tap water in Thailand is not safe to drink. However, all refrigerators are stocked daily with 2 complimentary bottles of drinking water.
Dress Code
Guests are asked to wear shirts when seated in the dining room or on the veranda of the restaurant. The evening dress code for our restaurant is smart casual (no swimwear, baseball caps, and sportswear).
Electrical Supply
The power sockets in your bedroom are standard 220v sockets. Adaptors for electrical devices are available at the front desk.
First Aid
Should you require any medical assistance, please contact reception. Our front desk is stocked with medical supplies for minor ailments and injuries.
Hairdryer Shaver Socket
Every bathroom is fitted with hairdryer and shaver socket for your convenience.
Housekeeping
Please contact reception for any housekeeping services or special requirements (i.e. extra pillows, blankets, soap, towels, and facecloths).
Keys
We advise that you deposit your room key at the front desk before all outings as lost keys will incur a fine.
Late Check-Out
We will always do our best to accommodate your travel plans. Should you wish to check-out at a later time, please contact reception to ascertain room availability. Provided your room will be vacant, there will be no additional charge if you intend to depart at or before 14.00. Late afternoon and evening check-outs may incur a small supplementary fee.
Laundry
Both same day and next day service are available seven days a week from an independent service. Laundry should be bagged and deposited at the front desk. Dry cleaning is available through an outside service. For further details, please contact reception.
Library
Books in various languages can be borrowed from our resident's library in building B.
Lost Property
All items are held by housekeeping for three months before they are donated or disposed. Please contact reception if you have lost any of your belongings.
Morning Call
Please advise reception of the time you would like to receive your wake up call.
Photocopying & Printing
Available at reception. Please contact the front desk for the current tariffs.
WI-FI
Broadband internet is available in all public areas and all rooms free of charge. Network and password details are available from reception.
Pool
Pool hours are between 07.00 and 20.00. Towels are available at the front desk and should be returned after use. Please consult our 'policies' section for pool rules.
Porterage
Luggage assistance is available from 07.00 to 22.00. Special arrangements can be made if you intend to leave very early in the morning or late in the evening, but guests are asked to inform the front desk in advance.
Luggage may be deposited at reception before check-in or after departure. However, this service is only available to registered hotel guests.

Reception services are available 24 hrs.
Restaurant
Our restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It offers both, Thai and Western cuisine. As well we provide a set menu which changes daily. This is complimented by our extensive wine and cocktail list. To make table reservations, please contact the restaurant directly.
Room Service
A selection of dishes from our a la carte menu is available from room service. Orders can be placed between from 07.00 to 21.30. Please allow a minimum of 30 minutes for your order to be brought to your room. We will inform you if your order will take longer than half an hour.
Service times may occasionally vary during holiday periods and on special event dates. This information will be displayed at the reception desk.
Safes
Safe deposit boxes are situated in the wardrobe in all guest rooms.
Shuttle Service
For your convenience, we have a drop- off shuttle service to the Hua Hin city centre daily at 14.00 and to the Cicada market on Friday and Saturday at 18.30. In addition, we offer a shuttle service to the bus depot in front of the Khao Takiap police station. It is advisable that you contact reception in advance if you wish to make use of any of these services.

Television
Every room is fitted with a television. all rooms have cable television with channels in both Thai and English as well as a selection of international channels.

Toiletries
All rooms are stocked with an amenities package. However, other toiletries such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, and slippers are on request at the reception desk.
Transfers
Airport transfers can be arranged by reception upon request.
