Guests must be 18 years or older with valid identification to reserve and check into a room.

Children under to 12 years stay free of charge in the parents' room using existing bedding (maximum of 2 persons in each room).

Cots and extra beds are available in most of our properties. However, these are limited and subject to availability. Additional charges may apply. Please check at the time of booking.

We are pleased to welcome guests early based on availability. To guarantee a room for early arrival before 3.00 PM, we ask that guests reserve the night prior. Please make your request as early as possible to ensure availability.

We are pleased to accommodate late check outs upon request, depending on room availability.

An early departure fee may be applied to guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date.

Pets are only allowed in Annex Building/Garden Building/Pool Villa units and are charged 500 Baht – 1,000 Baht per night per dog depending on the size. Pets are not permitted in the poolside area and restaurant.

To comply with the order of the regulatory body of Hua Hin Municipality, the hotel is not permitted to provide the guest with the normal customary sunbed on Wednesday. However, the hotel may provide beach towels and deck chairs for our guests. For more Information and assistance, please contact hotel reception desk. We don't accept advance reservation for sunbeds are on a first come first serve basis. Children under the age of 12 years must be accompanied by an adult who will take responsibility for the child's conduct at all times.

• We require a 30% deposit of the total accommodation cost at the time of the booking when you choose the flexible rates.

• The deposit is fully refundable if we are advised of your cancellation:
  • 7 days in advance during low season (1 June – 30 September)
  • 30 days in advance during high and peak seasons (1 October – 31 May)
  • In case of No-Show and late cancellation, the deposit will be charged100%
• The payment will be taken in full at the time of the booking when you choose the non-refundable rates.
• We accept payments by credit cards (Visa, Master card and American Express) and bank transfer.
